Susan Heppell B.S, RDMS
Susan was is in the first graduating class from KPSAHS and began her career as an X-Ray Technologist. Returning to school she graduated from the Foothill Community College sonography program and continued her career as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She comes to the school with over 27 years of front line experience working in all facets of general sonography including high risk obstetrics. She served as Lead Sonographer at Kaiser Antioch for 10 years. Fascinated and always curious about this profession, Susan continued to obtain more credentials which now include Abdomen, OB/Gyn, Fetal Echo, Neuro and Breast. With a BS in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from USF she is now leading our ultrasound programs. When Susan is not at work you can find her in her “second job,” teaching and practicing yoga.
