Craig Wetterer, PhD (he/him)
Dr. Craig Wetterer earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University (2015) and an MS in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University (2024), progressing toward becoming a prescribing psychologist. He completed his undergraduate (BA) and graduate study (MA) in psychology at Sacramento State. Specializing in forensic, neuropsychological assessment and trauma-focused interventions, Dr. Wetterer has applied clinical experience serving as the Clinical Director of an inpatient crisis bed unit at California State Prison, Sacramento, a maximum-security forensic hospital, and in correctional and public safety settings. As a licensed psychologist in Nevada, Dr. Wetterer has an active practice where he conducts forensic evaluations across multiple states, and he serves as an expert witness in cases involving trauma, PTSD, and psychological factors involved in police practices. Notably, Dr. Wetterer is also a licensed attorney in California, which compliments his understanding and navigation of the application of psychological principles, theories and skills to legal cases.
