The primary purpose of Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences’ Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Committee, is to provide a learning environment in which students, faculty, and staff can discover, create, heal, and respect one another’s differences.
We offer a unique experience for students and educators of all backgrounds. We value and appreciate the different viewpoints they share each day by providing a safe space of inclusion for all groups including diversity of thought, life experiences, race and ethnicity, age, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, language abilities, veteran status, socioeconomic and cultural background, religious and nonreligious beliefs, and much more. We believe diversity brings us together and is woven into our institution’s fabric.

KPSAHS Programs - Recipients of the 2024 Inspiring Programs in STEM Award
The Insight Into Diversity Inspiring Programs in STEM Award is a measure of an institution’s individual colleges’ programs and initiatives that encourage and support the recruitment and retention of women and underrepresented students into all STEM fields. These include, but are not limited to, science and research fields, technology, engineering, and all math fields.
